Services offered through DreamBird Sleep Consulting do not include psychotherapy, psychological assessment, diagnosis, or treatment of mental health conditions. Participation in sleep consulting does not establish a psychologist-patient or therapist-client relationship, and services are not a substitute for mental health care, medical care, or treatment by a licensed healthcare provider.

Sleep consulting focuses on education, guidance, and support related to infant and toddler sleep. All services are delivered virtually and may include personalized sleep plans, phone or video consultations, email communication, and parent coaching.

If concerns arise that fall outside the scope of sleep consulting — including mental health, developmental, or medical concerns — families will be encouraged to seek support from appropriate licensed professionals. DreamBird Sleep Consulting does not provide crisis services.
